Core part of our business activity is advising our corporate clients in regard to the appropriate types of VISAs and residence permits that employees from non-EU countries need to obtain in order to enter Greece and work in the respective corporate client. In addition, we execute the whole procedure of issuing the above legalisation documents in close collaboration with the competent Greek Authorities and the Greek Embassies abroad for multiple types of VISAs, e.g. Golden VISA, Digital Nomad Visa etc.
We focus on inviting employees from third-countries to work in Greek businesses (e.g. hotels, construction companies) and execute the whole immigration process, i.e. filing the application before the Greek Authority, preparing the candidates for the interview in the Greek Embassy abroad together with the required documents and, handling the filing of the application for obtaining their Greek residence permit and issue their VAT, AMKA and AMA numbers.
In particular, we invite employees to work either on seasonal roles, i.e. 6-9 months per 12 months and up to 5 periods of 12 months, with possibility of renewal, or on permanent roles, i.e. 1-3 years with possibility of renewal.
